Captions that only say what’s true
Aria writes from your live listings, and every caption is checked before you post it: prices must match a live item, discounts must be verified by price history and never bigger than your biggest drop, item counts must match your store, and pickup, seller delivery and your county appear only while you offer them. No same-day or “ends soon” claims, no free shipping or review claims. Anything else is flagged so you can fix it, or switch back to the standard caption in one tap.

Pickup and delivery in your county, done properly
Most local selling still runs on messages, cash and hope. MaGGzin turns it into real orders: buyers in your county pay online first, then pick up from you or get it delivered by you.
- You choose what to offer. Turn on local pickup, your own delivery, shipping, or all three, store-wide or per item. You set your delivery fee and your pickup instructions.
- Buyers in your county see it. Shoppers whose address is in your county see “Pickup” and “Seller delivery” on your items. Everyone else sees shipping. Checkout verifies the county on every order.
- They pay before they come. The order is paid in full at checkout. No cash on the curb, no “is this still available?” back-and-forth.
- Hand it over with a code. Pickups are confirmed with the buyer’s pickup code at your counter or door. Deliveries are confirmed with a photo.
- Get paid. 48 hours after the handoff, your earnings, delivery fee included, are released and deposited automatically.

Pickup and seller delivery are county-based: only buyers in your county see them, and checkout re-checks the county on every order.
From your listings to live in four steps
- Bring your listings. Upload an export or any spreadsheet. AI maps your columns (title, price, quantity, photos, condition) to MaGGzin fields. No template needed.
- Check and approve. You see every listing before it goes live. Used items are set aside and listed for you with the reason. Missing descriptions and categories can be filled in by AI.
- Choose fulfillment. Pick shipping, pickup and seller delivery for your store, then adjust any item.
- Start selling. Listings go live once your payout account is verified, usually the moment Stripe confirms you. Until then they wait safely as drafts.

What it costs
12% of what you’re paid for an order (your item price plus the shipping or delivery you charge), only when it sells, plus a $0.75 per-item fee that’s added to the buyer’s price. No monthly fee, no payout fee, and card processing is on us.

Frequently asked questions
Does the share kit cost anything?
No. It’s included with every MaGGzin store, with no limit on how often you use it.
Do I need design skills or an app?
No. The posts are made from your live listings in MaGGzin’s look. You only choose a look and where to post. The Reel is made in your phone’s browser.
Will a post ever say something that isn’t true?
No. Item counts are live listings only, prices are what checkout charges, deals appear only when price history backs them, and pickup and seller delivery appear only while you offer them. There are no countdowns or “only 2 left” claims.
Can I see what works?
Yes. Every app, QR code, poster and insert has its own short link, and Link analytics (in your share kit and on your dashboard) shows each one’s clicks, visits, orders and sales.
Are the AI captions free?
Yes. Aria writes captions for every app at no cost, with a daily allowance per store. The standard captions are always there too.
Can Aria’s captions make claims about my store that aren’t true?
They’re checked first. Prices, discounts, item counts, your county, pickup and seller delivery are compared with your live store, and timing, urgency, free-shipping and review claims are flagged. Links are replaced with your own tracked link for that app.
Which apps can I post to?
Instagram (Story, post, carousel, Reel), TikTok (video, photo, photo carousel), Facebook, WhatsApp (message and Status), X, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Reddit, Telegram, text messages, email and Google Business Profile.
Do I have to stop selling on other sites?
No. MaGGzin is another sales channel. Keep every store you have. When an item sells somewhere else, tap “Sold elsewhere” on it in All Products so nobody buys it twice. For one-of-a-kind items you imported, we also check in every 30 days to confirm they’re still available.
Can I sell used items?
No. MaGGzin sells new, refurbished and for-parts items only. Used, pre-owned, vintage and second-hand items aren’t accepted from any source, and our importer skips them automatically.
How do pickup and seller delivery work?
They’re county-based. Buyers whose address is in your county see pickup and your delivery option; everyone else sees shipping. Orders are paid online first, pickups are confirmed with the buyer’s code, and deliveries with a photo.
Who sets the delivery fee?
You do. It’s added to your order total and paid out with your sale; the 12% commission covers the whole order, delivery included. You can also set an order amount above which delivery is free.

Will buyers see my home address?
If you sell from home, buyers see only your city and county until they’ve paid for a pickup order. Storefronts and warehouses can choose to show their address.

No. Use “Have 50+ items? We’ll move it for you” on this page. Our team imports your inventory into your account as drafts for you to review.
Who handles sales tax?
MaGGzin calculates, collects and remits sales tax on taxable orders in the places where it’s required as a marketplace facilitator.
I sell on Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, OfferUp, Whatnot, Instagram or Facebook Marketplace. Can I move my listings?
Not automatically. Those apps don’t offer a way to download your listings, so there’s no file to import, and we don’t scrape. If you have new, refurbished or for-parts stock, list it in AddProduct (our free AI writes the listing from a few words), upload any spreadsheet you keep, or use “Have 50+ items? We’ll move it for you”. Used items aren’t accepted.
Does MaGGzin help me promote my store?
Yes, for free. Every store gets a share kit: ready-made posts for 16 apps (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and more), a 7-second Reel made on your phone, captions written by Aria and fact-checked against your store, a live badge for your website, and posters, flyers and package inserts to print. Each channel gets its own tracked link, and you can see the clicks, visits, orders and sales it brought.
Who can sell?
Businesses and individuals in the United States with new, refurbished or for-parts inventory. You’ll verify your identity and bank details through Stripe before your listings go live.
