How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the item and how it ships. Every product page and the checkout page show that item's own estimated delivery window before you pay — it is the sum of the seller's or supplier's processing time and the carrier's transit time. Items marked "Sold by MaGGzin" may ship from a partner warehouse, and their estimates reflect that. We never advertise a faster delivery than a seller or supplier can actually provide. What are my delivery options?
Depending on the seller and your location, you may see up to three options on a product page: standard shipping to your address, local delivery, and local pickup. Availability is shown in real time for your area — if an option is not offered for your address, it will not appear at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Sellers set their own shipping cost per product, and some offer free shipping. The exact amount is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay — there are no shipping charges added after checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once an order ships, a tracking number is added to it and emailed to you when the carrier provides one. You can track any order from Account → My Orders. Local delivery and pickup orders show live status updates and a pickup code where applicable. Guests can track an order using the link in their confirmation email.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address. Creating an account lets you track orders in one place, save addresses and payment methods, earn MaGGzin Cash, and request returns directly from your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe — MaGGzin never sees or stores your full card number. Checkout is SSL-encrypted end to end.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, not as described, or that never arrive. Change-of-mind returns depend on the individual seller's policy, which is shown on the listing. Start a return from Account → My Orders — do not ship anything back before your return is approved. How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is issued, the item price and any sales tax collected on it go back to your original payment method. Credit and debit cards typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any MaGGzin Cash you applied to the order returns to your rewards balance immediately. The 2.5% buyer service fee is not refunded.
What is MaGGzin Cash?
You automatically earn 1% back in MaGGzin Cash on every order — no codes, no minimums, nothing to claim. It becomes available 48 hours after your order is delivered. You can spend any amount of it at checkout, or withdraw it to your bank account or PayPal once your balance reaches $25. Cash earned on an order that is later cancelled or refunded is reversed.
Who am I actually buying from?
MaGGzin is a marketplace. Most items are sold by independent sellers, and each listing shows which store it comes from. Items marked "Sold by MaGGzin" are sold by us directly. Either way your payment, order tracking, returns and support all run through MaGGzin, and every transaction is covered by the same buyer protection.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. The entire site runs over HTTPS, and all payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level in the payments industry. Card numbers are sent directly to Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on MaGGzin servers. We support 3-D Secure authentication where your bank requires it.
Something is wrong with my order — what do I do?
Contact us and we will sort it out. Email magofficial@maggzin.com, or sign in and open Customer Service to file a support ticket and message our team directly. Include your order number and we will resolve it faster. Email and tickets are answered within 1 business day.
How do I sell on MaGGzin?
Anyone in the United States can apply. MaGGzin charges a 9% commission on your item price and nothing else — no monthly fee, no payout fee, and card processing is paid by us rather than deducted from you. Any delivery fee you charge is yours in full. Earnings are released 48 hours after delivery and deposit automatically to your bank. Start at the "Become a Seller" page.
