Accessibility Statement

Effective date: June 16, 2026

1. Our Commitment

MaGGzin Marketplace is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so that all shoppers and sellers can browse, buy, and sell with confidence regardless of how they access the web.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. MaGGzin is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning the majority of the platform meets the standard, with ongoing work on the limited exceptions noted below.

3. Measures We Take

Accessibility is built into how we design and build MaGGzin. Specifically: • Color & contrast — text and interactive elements meet the WCAG AA contrast thresholds against our dark theme. • Keyboard — all interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone; visible focus indicators are provided throughout. • Dialogs — modal windows move focus to their content, trap focus while open, close on the Escape key, and restore focus when dismissed. • Screen readers — buttons, links, form fields, images, and data tables carry descriptive names and proper roles so assistive technologies can announce them. • Motion — we honor the operating-system "reduce motion" setting and avoid flashing or strobing content that could trigger seizures. • Structure — pages use semantic landmarks and headings so users can navigate by region.

4. Compatibility

MaGGzin is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including the VoiceOver screen reader on macOS and iOS and the NVDA screen reader on Windows. The platform is responsive and supports zoom and text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations remain, and we are actively working to resolve them: • Seller-uploaded video — product and review videos are supplied by independent sellers and buyers, and captions or transcripts for spoken audio may not always be available. We provide accessible controls and labels for all video, and we encourage sellers to caption videos that contain speech. • Third-party content — some embedded services (such as payment forms) are provided by third parties whose accessibility we do not fully control, though we select vendors with strong accessibility practices.

6. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of MaGGzin. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us through the Customer Service portal in your account, or email magofficial@maggzin.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and treat these reports as a priority.

7. Assessment & Ongoing Work

Our accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated testing (axe-core against our key flows) and manual review, including keyboard-only and screen-reader testing. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we review new features against WCAG 2.1 AA before release and revisit existing pages as standards and our platform evolve. This statement will be updated as that work continues.
