These powered bookshelf speakers are built to take whatever you already own and make it sound better. The rear panel offers line-in RCA, coaxial, optical and USB inputs, so a TV, laptop, turntable or game console can plug straight in without an adapter. Bluetooth 5.3 handles wireless streaming from a phone, though it works with audio files only, so it is best for music rather than video apps. Each side pairs a 5.25-inch woofer for body in the low end with a 1-inch tweeter for clear, detailed highs, and the MDF cabinet is designed to reduce the boxy resonance that thinner enclosures can add. A subwoofer output lets you add bass later, and the 25 W total per pair suits desks, shelves and smaller rooms. The included remote adjusts volume and switches sources from across the room, and the lowest setting is mute, so turn the knob up once playback starts.
